Through Her Eyes - Beth Kery One of the more "meh" Beth Kery books for me, but still not bad. And she's had some amazing books with amazing editors since this one was published, so it's somewhat apples to oranges.

The good:
The characters were deep, likable, readable. The sex was hot, never seemed over-the-top. I loved the paranormal element of it.

The not-so-good:
Something was missing in this book. I can't put my finger on what it is, but I felt unfulfilled with some aspect of the story. Maybe I needed MORE paranormal? Maybe more history of her abilities, other than that she did her best to ignore/suppress them? I can't believe I'm saying this, but slightly more backstory of her relationship with her aunt? I'm not sure what it is, but there was some big piece missing for me here that didn't allow my usual Kery rating.

Not bad overall, however.
